Actors Access - Showfax Watch out Actor Access and Showfax members, they removed extra work from the site to rip us off Los Angeles California
What they did is to remove Background work from the site. We pay for the year and Background work is part of the job notices we paid for.
THEY LIE and say we as actors requested this.
SO TO BE GOOD TO US (yeah right) they started a new casting on-line service called extras access. It is "FREE" to join but $2 to submit to any job (PPPAAYYYY $2 for a job that pays $54 for 8 hours work!!!) OR you can join them for a YEARLY fee and submit for free.
WHAT A RIP OFF!
What they did was charge us for something then get more greedy and remove it , in order to charge us again!!!
A yahoo group is going to contact the State Attorney Generals office on this. If you wish to go to the group you can post your concerns and commets.
Also go to info@showfax.com and complain,
WE may boycott them and demand a refund.
