I made the same mistake of doing business with ActualPrint as well. Around July 21, 2009 I sent a bank wire to this company in the amount $1330.00 against my better judgement, mainly because they do not accept credit cards. I now know its because this company is nothing but a scam and they realize that they would be forced by the credit card company to give a refund for their fraudulent behavior.
Before sending my money to them for corrugated boxes they called me relentlessly. They even provided me with some fake references that told me how great the service were. I believe that they were also part of the scam. After they received my money they stopped calling me. After receiving my money most of my calls and emails were ignored. When I finally got a chance to speak with either Bobby or Chris they lied to me so egregiously I knew that I had no chance of getting my boxes that I paid for so I requested only my money back.
I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Canada. They have not responded to this complaint in the allotted time frame. I am now in the process of filing a civil lawsuit to get remedy. My WARNING to anyone thinking about doing business with this company: PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are nothing but crooks and should be shut down!

The owner of ActualPrint recently resolved this matter by paying me back all the money that was stolen from me by a few dishonest and disloyal employees that worked indirectly on behalf of the company. These employees no longer work for the company. I later learned that the owner of the company is in fact a very honest and hard working man who had no knowledge that these guys were ripping him off. Once he learned that this deception was going on behind his back he became very apologetic and refunded all of my money and did everything to make the situation right. This is a situation that could have happened to anyone. Thank you very much Qadeer for refunding my money.

I made the mistake of doing business with the online printing company ActualPrint. Around July 21, 2009 I sent a bank wire to this company in the amount of $1330.00 against my better judgement, mainly because ActualPrint do not accept credit cards and they only accept guaranteed funds. I now know its because this company is nothing but a scam and they realize that they would be forced by the credit card company to give a refund for scamming customers.
I decided to purchase corrugated boxes from ActualPrint because after checking around with many other online printing companies, I found their prices to be the most economical. Also, from what I could tell from their website ActualPrint seemed to make a quality product. Before sending my money to ActualPrint for corrugated boxes they called me relentlessly. They even provided me with some what I now believe were fake references that told me how great the service were. Its obvious now that they were part of the scam.
After ActualPrint received my money they stopped calling me. Most of my calls and emails were ignored by ActualPrint. Most times when I called I would just get a recording asking the caller to leave a message. When I finally got a chance to speak with either Bobby or Chris (by the way they never give their last name) they lied to me so egregiously I knew that I had no chance of getting my boxes or my money back. They would say things like their facilities were shut down and they had to have the job completed overseas. Or they would lie and say that they would provide me with a tracking number within a day or two and weeks would past without a getting call. Each time I got a chance to talk with someone there was always a completely different lie as to why I never got my boxes. They stole my money and won't give it back.
I have never dealt with a company as corrupt as ActualPrint. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Canada and believe it or not they did not even respond to this complaint. I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit in small claims court to get remedy. My WARNING to anyone thinking about doing business with this company: PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are nothing but crooks and should be shut down!
