I purchased a Taj Salon/spa package after hearing a sales pitch from a guy named Tim who showed up at my work. After exploring the package more, I noticed that most of the services were "express" versions and decided that I no longer found it work my time and money. The back of the brochure states that there is a 3 day window to cancel the transaction. I called that day, and every business day after that (today is the 5th day) and emailed twice. The phone number goes directly to a voice mail, and I have not received any kind of response at all.
This company is a HUGE scam. Don't make the same mistake so many others have made!
