West Coast Ad Efx and Ad Efx Spa Days L.L.C. are the same company! They are still printing fake coupons for shabby places that do not accept the coupons, or treat you like crap if they even do accept the coupons!

Beware all those who are approached by the 90% off gimmick because in reality you get what you pay for with the forty-seven dollars if at all anything; unacceptable service, quick fifteen minute sessions, and rude salon workers that expect tips for their sh*tty service. The customer service line never works, and so if you did want to return your scammed coupon, you couldn't because no one would pick up the phone! The sales reps do not hand out return forms and very seldom do they tell you that you can cancel at all, so many just waste their forty-seven dollars. (The cancellation period is 72 hours or three days from the date of purchase which I found out from a friend that was approached by a desperate sales girl, but how can you cancel when no one picks up the customer service number) many times i have tried to return my coupon but have failed miserably.

Being that I could not get through to the customer service people, I tried the website, but to my discovery, it was unavailable! As if that doesn't scream SCAM! right there. Why would such a "worldwide" company ignore something as important as internet advertising and a website? Many have replied and said this website has been like this for years! I also found out that the company changes their name frequently because of the bad publicity and incredible number of lawsuits! be wary of desperate sales girls or supposedly "gay" men that come to you trying to sell you an illegitimate "90%" off spa deal because it is fake! And should the place really exist, you might even get boils from the spa chairs because they are so dirty. my advice: pay full price for acceptable service and cleanliness!
