They sold me a hyped up, overprised secuirty system that they promised would take clear night video. My son's car was vandalized one night, and the picture was so dark and poor we could not identify the criminal.
When I tried to contact someone to complain about what I was sold, they gave me the run around, and no one ever called me back to address my concerns.
When I tried to cancel the subscription to their security services, they charged me an extra month just to be jerks. When I refused to pay, they turned me over to collections.

they sound like low tek scum bags just selling service plan and crappy equipment.
next time you have someing installed at your residence, get the installers pesonal info ( from driver lic) that way you can go after him personally if you dont like the work, way better than dealing with some slugs over the phone.
