Adair Homes Poor construction and they say its not a covered issue!! Woodland Washington
We bought a 2 year old Adair home 2 years ago and boy are we sorry we did!
After living in the home a few months we noticed that when you walk , the TV, Dressers, Desk, EVERYTHING moves! I am not talking a little flex, I am talking about things falling off the tops of these items, to the point we feel its unsafe to be around.
We have had Adair here 2 times and keep being told its normal flex. Funny, I am in real estate and have sold MANY of these homes and have never seen this issue before.
I am afraid that a child could be seriously hurt, and Adair says its not an issue, not a problem and that even the inspectors Adair home has this issue. If I would have known this I would have NEVER bought an Adair home.
I am really tired of Adair telling me its not covered, its not a structural issue and its normal. How can it be normal to walk by a window or wall and the dresser 3 feet away bounces so bad the candles, and everything else on it, tip over!!!
Anyone else have this problem??? HELP.

I have just posted report on this site for some of the same reasons that you have reported. I have seen several reports on Adair Homes and mold issues, but none like yours. Has your problem been resolved? I am grasping for hope that some time soon this will come to an end and I will not be left in ruins.
