Well. I see I am not the only one.

In Oct 2005 I purchased a set of cds on selling real estate on Ebay. when I finally got them the information was so bogus I called numerous times for a refund. they never called back. Same things with emails. I contacted 2click co who I made the payment through and finally got a abusive response from Adam Ginsberg consultants.

They would not honor their own written warranty. I complained to the BBB, who could not get them to respond as well. I also complained to the state attorney general and the FTC.

I contacted my credit card company for assistance and they put a hold on the payment and told me to send the items back. After two months of investigations and deragotory emails from adam, my credit card company credited the amount back to me.

To this day feb 2006 adam and his customer nonservice still claim that I ripped them off and they did not offer any guarantee despite me having it in writing that they did. As icing on the cake I wrote a poor review of his book on amazon and adam sent me a email trying to blackmail me into changing my review. So buyer beware , save your money.

I am the Customer Support Manager for Adam Ginsberg's office. Yes my office is in Utah, we have grown to n need a bigger space. We are not running from anyone we have an office in Los Angeles still and Scottsdale is our distributing center.

There is a lot more to our program than how to buy homes that only encompasses a small portion of what we do here. I suppose all the Real Estate Investment Gurus who preach no money down are wrong also.

I assumed that you had not read the book since you were so mad at Adam and you were never going to purchase anything from him again. Adam was never kicked off of eBay that is a blatant lie.
When you purchased product you had to agree to the terms and conditions of the web. One of those conditions is no returns and no refunds. Please make sure that when you purchase something you read the terms and conditions. Our rate is good on the BBB so we must be doing something right.
I apologize that we were unable to work together and hope that you future investments prosper.

I do not know who this lady is but I never dealt with her with all the problems I had with Adam ginsberg. it seems he keeps moving his address to stay ahead of the authorities. the people I dealt with were in Los angeles and Scottsdale Ariz. Now some (employee) from Utah claims people who have used their program have had success. How successful can someone be trying to buy homes with no money? I realize their are people out there who are ignorant enough to sign their homes away based on a vague promise but my conscience will not allow it.

She also mentions it is unfair to write a review on a book I never read. how does she know if I read it or not? by the way I did and their are far better books out there regarding Ebay. she fails to mention that Adam was kicked off from selling on Ebay . Plus NOWHERE on his website does it say no refunds, the shipping slip that was included specially stated 30 day unconditional guarantee, but when I tried to get my money back I was met with scorn and ridicule. it was only due to the intervention of VISA that I was able to get a refund! this vendor absolutely refused to honor their own written guarantee and could not show me or the FTC or the BBB anything different. they never admit anything wrong it is always the buyers fault.

We are sorry to hear that you feel the information in the CDs was "bogus", may people who have used the program have had success.
One of the things that you have to agree to before you can purchase the product is that there are no refunds. You have received money back for a product that was clear you cannot return when you purchased.

It seems unfair for you to write a review on a book that you have never read just because you are upset about other products. Especially when it is a bad review just in an attempt to get back at a company who you received money-back from.

I hope at this time that we can part as friends and place this all behind us.
