I ordered a black and white poster print worth $50 and another poster from this company's online store at Amazon. Approximately two weeks later, I received a package from them. The package contained a much smaller print than the one I'd ordered and this one was being sold on their website for $4.99. Also, there was no poster.

I phoned the company and spoke with a young man who was extremely apologetic and promised that he would send out a new print right away and that my poster was already on its way. Approximately two more weeks later, I received another package. This one had the poster that I had ordered, but still no print.

I contacted the company again and was told that it had been shipped to me, but that the Post Office had mangled it and so they were sending out another. Another week passed and nothing. I contacted the company again. This time, a "Jennifer F." told me that it had already shipped and she could get me a tracking number to prove it, but that it would take some time so she'd have to email it to me. I confirmed my information with her and waited. A day passed, no tracking number.

This time I emailed and got a response from a Nicole L. who again assured me that the print was on its way and that she would provide me the tracking number immediately. Another day passed and nothing. I called the company again to receive the same shuck and jive story. I tell the clerk I just want my money back and that it's been two months. She insists that it's on its way and she will personally contact me with the tracking number.

Yet another day and no response. I call again and DEMAND my money. Again they attempt to talk me out of it by offering a tracking number. This time I insist in a refund and tell them I'm not interested in the tracking number, I just want my $62.00 back. She hangs up. I send them two emails indicating that I will go to the NY and CA Consumer protection divisions, the Internet Crime Reporting site for the FBI and finally small claims if I do not get a refund. Three days later and they still ahve not responded.

In the meantime, I have been researching this company on consumer protection sites such as these and am amazed at the number of similar stories. I feel like a fool from not having looked into them beforehand, but they were affiliated with Amazon and looked legitimate. By the way, Amazon washes their hands of it too so, no relief there. Anyone who deals with this company should think long and hard first and read some of the things I've seen about them of late. They've got this whole routine down. I've already reported them to the authorities in NY and will report them to the others as well. It is further of note that the product I ordered has been taken down from their site, so my guess is that they never had it in the first place.

BEWARE!!
