The communication with my surgeon was great, he filled me with confidence, gave all the info I needed and more, he did a great job.
Communication with the coordinator wasn’t as professional, had to chase for replies etc post op after care was poor, after care information/advice was poor and follow care and support very poor, had to call and chase after 6 days of no contact for my appt that should have been within 7 days.
