Adam Mesh Options Money Machine Bad Business Practices Internet
Two years ago, we subscribed to the optionsmoneymachine.com service. We paper traded it for a year and determined that we were not comfortable investing funds in following the recommendations. The subscription was for two years, and we didn't realize it was going to automatically renew. By the time of the renewal, we had crossed off the original purchase as a learning experience and forgotten about this company.
Regretfully, a few weeks ago, we found an unexpected charge of $1,297 on our credit card. We requested a refund. We understood that we could review a different service to see if that would meet our needs and if not, we could request a refund. We were not comfortable with that service, either, based on last year's performance. So, we called again and requested our refund only to be told that wasn't possible. But...we could choose from any of their services.
We reviewed two additional programs, and still were not comfortable that they would be profitable above the moneys we were charged based on their recent performance. So, we're out the money with no recourse. This is a hard nut to swallow for someone who has retired since the original purchase.
If someone chooses to do business with this company, make sure to keep track of your renewal or you'll be sorry. As for us, we still believe the if the company had good business practices, we would have been granted a refund.

We have received a credit for the charge made. Along with that, a personal apology from Adam Mesh. We also received a call from their service manager helping to resolve the issue as well. We were pleased that they took the right action and promptly.

I wanted to address the claim above and I am sure the couple that filed will do so as well as it was successfully resolved. Prior to the charge taken, they were sent an email about the renewal. It was not taken without notification. Here is a time stamp of the renewal (I did remove their name and email address for privacy purposes):
