Adam Moving packed my belongings, and marked them unbeknownst to me, as having packed them myself, which was totally false. The belongings were all marked scratched or dented at the place of origin, even the items which were dent- and scratch-proof.

End tables were thrown in wardrobe boxes along with a piano bench, stereo speakers, metal speaker stands, and valuable end tables. One end table was broken, another cracked. Regular packing boxes, instead of wardrobe boxes, arrived stuffed haphazzardly with clothing.

The movers used tape which when removed from the furniture took the finish off. Antique furniture was ruined. The matress and box spring were terribly soiled. The list goes on and on. My belongings were damaged in the amount of over 3,000.

Adam Moving offered $92 in reparations and wanted my signature to release them of any obligation on their part and to attest that they moved me satisfactorily.

This was a travesty, and Adam Moving, Inc. should be severly punished. I wonder how many others they have abused. I am hoping others who have suffered at their hands will come forward. I wish there were a way to inform prospective customers to avoid hiring them. Their actions were unconsciable.
