I was seeking a cleaning service for my carpet in two rooms of my home. I called a service "Adams Apple C & M. There was no answer so I left a message. This was the worst mistake of all. A day later, a service representative by the name of Adam Bader returned my call. He was also the owner. He offered to come to my home in Glendale Heights for an estimate. He assured me that this was a professional service, satisfaction guaranteed or money back. The following day he arrived in an old car, no logo on it, dressed in cut off jean shorts and a tshirt with a whole in it. I couldnt believe it. He was a joke. When I answered the door Mr. Bader couldnt even speak because he was UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOME DRUG. Unbelievable!!!! When I told him I wanted to cancel he became beligerent and started cursing. I closed the door as he began banging on the door asking for a $50 service fee. I have never experienced anything like this before. Take Serious Precautions with this Guy. He is not legitimate and should never be trusted. This Guy is obviously out to rip people off or worse.

In response the the above metioned false complaint, of which nothing reported is accurate, I would challenge this "customer" to file a complaint with the BBB. An agency that verifies each and every complaint it receives. As the owner of the above entitled company, and as any one of my hundreds of residential and commercial clients can verify, I have at no time ever arrived to any job or estimate in the manner described above. Adam's Apple C & M, Inc. has not had a single verifible complaint with the BBB and is currently working with both the BBB & Angie's List to obtain gold member status. The individual responsible for the complaint above I suspect is employee I terminated at some point in the past. Adam's Apple C & M, Inc. maintains a drug free wokplace and requires backround checks for all of its employees.
