Ordered Flea products on Setp 9th. Credit card charged same day. Oct 13th still have not shipped order.

Will not return email or phone messages. Phone always busy or get answering machine. Order tracking link does not work.

This is credit card fraud. I have filled out fraud reports on the FTC Consumer Complaint site and @ National Fraud information center. I encourage anyone else who has had a problem with this business to do the same.
