Adam Sodowick is a scam artist. The ironic part is that his slew of fake start-up companies all revolve around revealing corruption in the workplace and serving justice to those wronged. It's completely twisted. If you come into contact with this character, be forewarned, stay away! He is an elaborate story teller who has consistently screwed over everyone in his path this past year, from employees to partners, and sadly enough even investors.

Unfortunately I let him know too much about myself, and he constantly knew how to play these emotional sales pitches to keep me from running in the opposite direction. I've definitely learned a hard lesson that when people try too hard to get you to trust them, something is obviously wrong. It didn't help that everyone I spoke to regarding my concerns was too bewildered by his fancy talk to question his word, [fabricated] authority and loyalty.

In summary, he starts fake companies and hires cheap staff to create fake business presentations to reel in and rip off investors. He creates an illusion of a real start-up company, tells these grandeur plans and never follows through. He drops big names and has a lot to say, but when push comes to shove, never gets anything done. The only thing he works on is these BS investment pitches trying to raise money for these "half-baked ideas" that don't even really make sense, or have a thought out... or attainable process.

This guy is going no where and does not actually have any money to pay the people he hires to make these investor props. I've seen so many people come and go this past year, and now I admit, I am also naive casualty. I wish I went with my gut instinct months ago.

If you're reading this, I hope I saved you as much time, money, and/or energy as I and many others have unfortunately lost.

After a short period of time, Adam Sodowick and Jillian Darling were eager to come to a resolution in a fair and appropriate manor. It is unfortunate that this became a misunderstanding and blown out of proportion. We are happy to report that this was resolved to our collective satisfaction. It should be noted that the report was written during a state of duress and in hindsight, oversimplification over a very integrated matter which unfortunately got to this point. Again, I'm happy to report that through dialogue we were able to come to a mutually beneficial situation.
