I just found a $9.95 charge on my bank statement/ debit card report for "AP9 Homeworks". The charge is dated 3/24/2005, 4 days ago. This really alarmed me because I instantly new this was fraudulent. I never signed up for any service like this.

After researching the name "AP9 Homeworks" and "AP9 Galleria" I found that the parent company is "Adaptive Marketing LLC" and that they have been scamming other people with unauthorized charges recently.

I contacted my bank and demanded that they investigate this fraud and credit me for whatever charges this company as posted against my account. I never authorized this transaction and I refuse to allow a seedy company that charges people money for stuff they never ordered.

I supposed these snakes figure that most people wont' fight the charges so if multiply thousands of victims at $9.95 a pop -- thats tens of thousands of dollars they get to hold on to unless forced to refund the odd victim who complains.
