Adaware I was charged for auto renewal and 10 days later they said my subscription expired Quebec

I was charged 36.00 for auto renewal 10 days ago which was supposed to cover a year of antivirus protection and they sent me an email telling me today that my subscription is expired and that i am no longer protected... So not only did they charge my credit card early but they stole my money and never delivered on the product. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid this rip off company. They are clearly theives. I disputed with my credit card so hopefully i get the money back.  I have the proof of the charge on my credit card account, as well as the email showing they did not renew.
