Complaint Review: AdAware

I bought the Adaware software on Dec. 1, 04. I was having browser hi-jacking on my homepage. It did not fix the problem and then I had these annoying little window pop ups telling me every few seconds that someone was trying to take over my browser and did I want it to happen.

I worked with their technicians for two days trying to get it fixed. I finally ask for a refund and informed them I was taking the program off my computer that it was not working. I have requested a refund three times and I keep getting e-mail from them.

Real sorry for inconvenience! Have you NoAdware version 3 software? If yes, then Start noadware software and go to Options -> Settings and check the entries "Run at Windows startup"and "Scan at Windows startup". When you close Noadware, you can see the NoAdware icon in the system tray.

I informed them I do not have the product on my computer and want a refund to my charge card. I think this product is a waste of anyone's time and a total rip off.
