The company owes me more than $ 40,000.00 in unpaid commissions since January of 2007
Every time I contact the owners the story is, "We dont have it right now but we have a plan to get it. We would pay you if we could."
Over an 18 month period the company can not come up with $ 40,000.00 and people keep paying to join this company ???

that this obligation will be paid in full.
He has made the first payment, as agreed, and his given me his personal guarantee that all future payments will be made as agreed and on time.
