Complaint Review: Adco Financial Mortgage

I went for a new home mortgage with this company. They were real great at first,answered all calls basicly told you what you wanted to hear. But as the time got closer for the closing things got spread out so far that they could never keep there story straight. After them putting my closing off for over 2 weeks.

I finally was able to get a answer from them, It was the same story all along everything is going GREAT no chnages all the good stuff. Well my closing finally came and what a BIG SURPRISE my wife and I got. They changed the loan program I was quoted 6% and by the way was told for me to keep that rate I was to give them $200.00 I did and when closing came rate was changed to 6.75% my closing was to be $1180.00 or near that, It became $4600.00, I had no money left after I just sold and closed on our previous home and paid a closing fee for my buyers.

The bottom line is this company ( ADCO FINANCIAL MORTGAGE CO ) is the biggest rip-offs around they are not in any way friendly that goes from the front desk clerk to Harold Hoffman ( vice president ), Vince Willams ,Rick not sure of last name but hes a under writer Kim another under writer Bottom line is stay away from these folks. They haven't heard the last of me Legal Action will be taken.I just can't see how dishonest people can sleep.
