BEWARE OF ADCOCK&APPLE RIP OFF, 7 YEARS GOOD TENANT, PAY RRENT ON TIME, MINDING MY BUSINESS, HARDLY COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.
On Feb 10, 2008 We did not have any hot water, I called the emergency number they gave us, no answer. the next day the 11th I reported to the office, they made a note, but nothing happened. Tuesday the 12th, I reported to Cindy the overall manager, she told me she would look into it. She said the same thing Wednesday, thursday and Friday. I Went to the city code enforcement Dep and they sent an officer Monday. He told them they had 10 days to fix the water heater. They came in two days later, did something to that water heater, that it started consuming so much electricity, and pouring hot water to the out side. So, we had to shut it off.
They came on the 27th a day befor the inspector was supposed to check back in and make sure it has been fixed and fixed it right.
17 days without hot water Cindy, that's Shame... Still trying to take my deposit away that's sick,...the carpet is so dirty we did not use it we had rug over it starting two weeks after we moved in. now they want us to steam clean it, that carpet and furniture went through Hurricane katrina,...
But you know what Cindy my prayers always come true, it's either cancer or road accident. Judge Judy will get me back what's mine in this life, and I won't forgive you in the next life eiter.
