Adelphia Communications ripoff Front Royal Virginia
i just moved into a new house in front royal,va. the house is prewired for cable. i called adelphia cable and asked for service. they responded that i had to be within 250ft of a hub to get service. well i'm about 500ft from there hub. i called the builder of this house,and he said he dug all the ditches for cable lines going to there hub.he said adelphia has ignored all his phone calls....they are building 30 new homes here,and they still said no service....

Dude, what do you expect from a company whose owners are in prison for scamming investors? The company is pathetic..poor service, imbeciles for employees and more excuses than you can imagine, i saw one of their techs in boca the other day driving while drinking a beer at 11:00 in the morning!
My advice to you is simple..."DIRECT TV!!!! Its a thousand times better than cable and customer service is #1 in my book! SCREW these money hungry cable companies who charge top dollar for low quality services! And they use drug addicts for contractors. Especially here in fla. If they ever drug tested their employees and contractors there would be noone left to do the work.
