Adept MGMT will not cash your HOA checks or money orders. I know I sent them in. They will let it go for a few months and will not mail out and notices. Then send you to Nevada Associtaion Services which is return will but a lien on your house and and charge your More then double of what your HOA fee's were.

If they were having problems cashing my checks or money orders, couldn't they do a simple phone call or letter to me. I asked that question to the Nevada Association Services she quickly replied saying they did not have to do any of that.  I would have been more then happy to resend the payment.  I have tried to contact crystal the accountent at Adept and only get her voice mail. She will not call me back. I have also sent letters along with my payments stating to call me as I have tried to resend the missing payments to the adept mgmt. They have not responded back or cashed any checks. How am I suppose to fix this if they arn't working with me.

I feel like Adept MGMT services is working with nevada association services and running a scam. I have no problem paying my HOA dues but I'm not going to pay a collection company insane fee's I feel like adept and nevada association collections. Are doing this on purpose and teaming up In order to steal money from home owners.

HOA's are suppose to help home owners out not put us in a hardship.

IF anyone can lead in the right dirction on the actions on how to stop this. Or if any type of fraud has happened with you with the company please contact me so we can start building a investigation against these companys.

I have now sent a payment certifed mail to see if I can get a response I will update later.

It takes a big person to admit their mistake.  It was nice of you to post your error.  I deal with Adept and I have always found them to be great and easy to work with.  Keep in mind that they work for the Board and take direction from the Board.  They are not calling the shots so if you have any more issues go to the Board directly at a Board meeting or send the Board a written letter explaining your situation before hammering on the Management Company, whoever they may be.

Adept MgMT Is helping me through this whole process. I really apreciate crystal she is working hard trying to help me get this fixed and being very helpful. I should not have posted the previous comments so fast. If any of you guys are having trouble with adept MgMT give them  a chance I know they will work hard to fix anything.

  ****UPDATE***** To everyone reading this.    I would just like to say crystal has been working with me on fixing this. I would have deleted this thread but I cannot. She is trying very hard to make things right and giving me a fair chance to get my HOA in after my previous payments got lost.

This is Crystal with Adept Management.

I wish that you would have waited at least a day or two after your phone call yesterday to post something like this. It would have been nice to be given the chance to make things right before you decided to make comments which which are blatantly untrue.

Before I go into a long rebuttal...I would like to ask that you make this right. I am working with you, I think you posted this before I got a chance to call you back.

Yes, you did call me once yesterday and I DID call you back. Unfortunately, I am the only person handling accounting/delinquency questions; with 30 HOA's sometimes It will take me a few hours to get back to you.

Again, I hope that you will update/correct the previous statements you made.
