Complaint Review: ADEPT MOVING AND STORAGE

My review is different, in defense of this company. Because I have to set things straght. I moved all over the county with ADEPT. Not once, 3 times before. Tony and Mike are as good as it gets. My moves are usually painless, quick, and priced right. My husband and I just moved within downtown and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly it all went. We had them pack our stuff too.

I read some of these reviews posted before, that I think are bogus, if you ask me. Could not be farther from the truth. Company has a great owner, maintains A or B+ rating for last 15 years. Member of BBB. These are just dirty attempts to smear their reputation.

For my big move - they spread the job out over two days. Packing was on Monday, moving on Tuesday. These guys were professional, friendly and fast. They started on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Took small break, I dont get charged for that.

The estimate was right on target, they packed it like it was their mom's stuff, and they pulled everything off as expected and on time. Hopefully we won't be moving again anytime soon but, if we do, we wouldn't hire anyone else. No negative comments. everything was done up to my standard, which is high. I am a doctor. GO WITH ADEPT MOVING. You won't regret folks, trust me.
