I purchased a beautiful sapphire many years ago and finally had the money to have it set. I spoke with many different jewelers and chose one based on price and how they sounded on the phone.

I decided to go with Adiamor.com. They sounded like they really care about customer satisfaction and product quality. When I got the finished ring not only was the sapphire bezel set when I had asked for prongs, but it was a different color and had many scratches on it. I can't believe they switched my stone. The halo of diamonds around the sapphire were set really badly and crooked.

I called Adiamor and demanded that they ship my sapphire to me immediately. The owner refused to admit they switched the stone and that they were wrong for bezel setting the stone but agreed to fix the diamonds. I sent the ring back and the diamonds were straightened out and at that point I just wanted to wear my ring and so I left things at that. Now two months later the switched sapphire is loose! I have contacted Adiamor and they said I can send it back and they will "look at it". I'm furious, I paid good money and deserve my original sapphire and a good ring. I'll see what happens but am ready to call the better business bureau and the attorney general if they don't resolve this right away.
