Run, don't walk from Kelly Wise. Absolute rip off! She will not respond to any communication.

We found her online and were interested in getting an AKC Doberman. She promised train the puppy and deliver him to us with basic command knowledge around 16 weeks. Met her face to face and thought she was an odd duck, but we figured we'd give her a chance as we really wanted a purebred doberman.

We should have known better when it took forever for her to find our dobe and then get him to Charlotte. Her communication was absolutely HORRIBLE and her excuses are those of someone who does not understand customer service.

She talks a great game of "I'll send you pictures of your dog while in training." "Oh, I'm really busy when I'm in training, so text me for a quicker response". Bologna! She never answered texts, phone calls or emails. After we hounded her for pics of our puppy, she would then send us crappy ones and then fall off the radar.

DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT do business with this woman!

We had to demand to get our dog (which we paid $4500 for the dog an training) because we were conviced she wasn't training him. We were right.

At the end of the day, we didn't get his shot records or an appropriately sized crate. I will also mention that he didn't even know the commands she was supposed to teach him.

When we finally got our dog after after several threatening calls, texts, emails and ultimatums. Our precious dog arrived drugged up, his coat was in horrible condition and he weighed 38 lbs (4/5 month olds should be closer to 45-50bs). Because we had no shot records, we've had to pay for more shots/vet visits and overmedicate the dog.
