Please be advise that I DO NOT desire to busines with your company.

Immediately REMOVE MY NAME,MY ADDRESS AND ANY OTHER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION associated with me from you mailing list and database.

On January 26, 2009,your company generated an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of $35.19 for an item called ADIPOSE RX 800 430 1529. I did NOT order and do not wish to order,in the future,any item from your company.

Again, I DID NOT authorize this charge,have NEVER contacted you company and wish to sever all ties with your company and any other company or subsidiaries associed with your company.
