Complaint Review: Adipose RX / Lose Weight Systems

How can we put a stop to these people? I never heard of this company until I noticed a charge on my CC statement on 02/02/09 that shouldn't have been there. I immediately called my bank and disputed it. The bank issued a credit and I thought that was the end of it. A few days later I recieved a package of pills in the mail.

The following month, it happened again. I recieved another package in the mail. I called the bank and disputed this one also. I had called the company's 800 # numerous times previously with no luck. This time a" Pedro" answered and promised he would cancel my " order". I asked how they got my CC # and he gave me an email address to get an answer to that question.

I did get a return email saying that my " order" had been canceled. No other info on how they got my #. There must be a way to put them out of business!

It's not fair to me that I should have to cancel my card and have a new # issued because of unscroupulous companies like this.
