Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company!

I recently had a horrendous experience with Adirondack Services, and I feel compelled to warn others. They charged me over $850 for a service on a part that was supposed to be covered under warranty. From the beginning, I had a bad feeling when the service tech was rushing me to make a decision about the service and threatining to leave if I did not make an immediate decision.

The worst part? They claimed the part covered under warranty was $2,000, when in reality, it costs less than $300. The entire service took less than 15 minutes, yet I was slapped with an $850+ bill. It seems clear to me that they pocketed my warranty money, charged me for the part and service, and essentially committed fraud.

To make matters worse, my family was suffering in the summer heat without A/C. My wife, a dedicated teacher, and my young daughter were desperate for relief. This company took advantage of our situation and exploited us when we were most vulnerable.

Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable contractor who won't rip you off. This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. I regret ever contacting them and hope this review helps others avoid the same fate.
