I was on the phone getting information and was told by Michael that if I wanted to HOLD the price quoted because the end of sale was that day that I would need to put a DEPOSIT of $100.00 until I had talked to my husband.
After the end of the weekend, I decided not to go ahead with my purchase and asked for the $100.00 deposit back. Michael told me the $100.00 was LAYAWAY not deposit and they don't give layaway $ refunds. I pointed out the above statements in the Q& A and he said that did not go for layaways. No one said anything to me about lawaway; that is what was typed on my invoice. Their statement says if the order is canceled before any shipment costs have been incurred, a refund will be made. I have been refused my refund of $100.00 and have all the back and forth emails to prove it.
