Complaint Review: adjustable beds direct

adjustable beds direct my bed is not working for about 31/2 weeks im still waiting for a call back and repairman

I purchased a split Queen bed on October 23, 2015 everything was fine until now my bed is not working it won't go up or down the head and leg no power at all: the warranty company said they will someone out there : the warranty company still not here and no call back  going on four weeks I called the company were bought it from he e-mailed the warranty company he said I will be for expecting a phone call no phone call yet [so be careful ibuying a bed from this company we are a day 9/6/2017 and still no buddy here to fix my bed i call today 9/6/17 she said we cant find any buddy so i guess im screwed i guess i have to take further action i need the bed fix i spent a lot of money for it [[[[[[so please please dont get rip off go some place else
