adjusters united inc luis mendez luis mendez is obviously good at what he does , takeing good contractors money from them with totaal dishonesty .my case is like many others was promised all this insurance work throughout the 90 day period but the phone never rang once. guess i got took by a good con so hopefully you other fellow contractors read thesse statements befre you hand 1,500.00 dollars to adjusters united eustis, Florida
Adjusters United inc. Luis Mendez I got conned, I am a contractor that was called by adjusters united they said i Qualified for there ins work they put me through all of a bunch o B,S then said i qualified just need to pay the 1,500.00 dollar fee that was gauranteed for my co to make the fee amount back in the first job .Well the phone never rang once and 90 day trial pereoid is long gone ,And guess what no one will call me back so this is the case of getting scamed. hopefully the rest of my fellow contractors read this.

I would like to join in on all of these negative reviews posted on this website. These companies must have been kicked off of the program for something they have done wrong. I have been advertising with Adjusters United for two years now and have seen an increase of insurance work. Some months are better than others, but we understand that at times you will reap the effects of the slow season. My account executive Luis Mendez has helped my company in so many ways other than just advertising. He has assisted us in submitting supplementary estimates through Xactimate, is always there to answer any industry related questions, and helped in finding subcontracting trades that we don't offer in-house. I think there has to be something wrong with all of these negative posts. All I can speak for is my company's experience working with Adjusters United and it has been a pleasure thus far.

They used to be called adjusters choice They also scamed my company for $1500 dollars last year and I started a campaign to bring them down. They changed there name after I blew the whistle on there scam . They also started placing false negative reports about my company after they figured out what I was doing to take them down. They have since changed there phone numbers and company name. I hav been in contact with several other contractors that they have ripped off we need yo continue to do everything we can to bring Mendez and Nicole bartle down any one who would like yo contact me about this can find me online under James river remodeling in Hampton va. I would love to see them put in prison for what they have done to so many honest contractors

With 30 years of involed experience you can see for yourself that we have only had one bad review which is the one at hand. That in itself should inform the general public that the bad review is falsified. I would like to inform the general public the reasons behind this false acusation. Before involving a contractor in our vendor programs we inform them of our strict guidlines and procedures that would need to be followed. Whether the company is a national company or not they are obligated to abide by the procedures. When informed of a complaint on one of our vendors we pride ourselfs in resolving any issues before it can be esculated.
In this instance we were informed not once but on several occasions that the company in hand has failed to complete inspections upon the completion of the project. We allow our vendors to head back to any facility which have not met inspections to provide the repairs. Once a contractor refuses to abide by our contractual agreements they are then removed from the position. We understand why this company is upset but be assured the issue was not inregards to us ripping them off. They are upset and posting bad review becuase they were removed from our preferred vendor programs. Dont allow a false bad review to have you to assume the worst of one of the most reputable companies across the U.S.
