The National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters defines a public adjuster as: An authority on loss adjustments who you can retain to assist you in preparing, filing, and adjusting your insurance claims.  Basically, a public adjuster is supposed to work on a clients behalf to ensure the best possible benefit on an insurance claim.  This is particularly important in the case of a home
insurance claim, as that is among the most complicated claims process.

AdjustWRONG (Adjustrite) is a company of public insurance adjusters headed by president and CEO Brett Joseph.  Vice President is John Capriles and other workers are Kevin Taylor, Mike Castellano, Nilsa Rivera, Maribel Figueroa, and Michele Rossi.  AdjustWRONG (Adjustrite) has a modus operandi of theft by deception.  The public adjusters show up either the same day or the day after a house fire targeting low to middle income communities.

After hiring them with the hopes of having your insurance experience assuaged and home repaired in a timely manner, AdjustWRONG (Adjustrite) adjusters coerce you to sign on with one of Joseph Armatos contracting company (Nationwide
Contracting, Venetian Contracting, Metropolitan Restoration Inc, etc.).  All of the public adjusters are also home improvement salespersons for Joseph Armatos company.  AdjustWRONG (Adjustrite) has the same physical address and telephone number as Armatos companies.  This is not made clear to the consumer;  insidious conflict of interest.

This classifies as theft by deception as they have knowledge that Armato has NO INTENTION ON ACTUALLY FINISHING THE PROJECT.  Also, the documentation is written in such a way that the contractor bills the insurance company on a consumers behalf and receives direct payment, cutting out the consumer.  Meanwhile, AdjustWRONG (Adjustrite) sets you up to stay in the most expensive temporary housing, and works in such a way to ensure that the insurance company does not work
optimally as a result.  Consumers are placed in severe dire financial constraints and as a result, the consumer essentially gives in to the contractor.  You end up losing out on the majority if not all of your insurance claim.

During this process there is harassment, lies, threats, intimidation, and extortion.  The end result is extensive wealth for Adjustrite and Armatos companies, while consumers lose out on the insurance claim and/or become homeless.  A similar sequence of events has happened to over 50 (fifty) people.  Below are references to support this claim.  These business practices need to be thoroughly investigated as they may be in violation of city, state, and/or federal laws.
