adl STAFFING ADL Refuses to pay their consultants, Internet
I was retained as a consultant to perform programming for one of their clients. This involved some out of the contry travel where I paid for living expenses under the promise that I would get reimbursed. The project ended in mid December, but
to date, I have yet to receive pay for my services. I am also being stiffed on the expense reimbursement. These total to $4964.14.
I have repeatedly called ADL Staffing, hoping to discuss the matter with the head guy, one Patrick Harris, but he has been masterfully dodging me with various feints.
So not only have I lost the time I spent on this project, I am out the $564.14 I put out for expenses.

Being the most recent, vocal victim of ADL and Patrick Harris, I suggest this as a course of action.
File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am providing a Linke to the FTC Complaint Wizard. This is one of the easiset online complaint forms I have filled out.

Secondly, if you received a tax/1099 statement from ADL Compare what they are reporting as your total income, and what your invoices total up to, make copies and file a complaint with the IRS. I may not get my money from them, but I will sure as hell take more than what they owe me in legal fees, fines and business.
