I am writing in regards to my spouse and i am looking for HELP. This matter is so messed up that it makes me mad each time I think about it. ADL Staffing company is located in Palm Beach, Florida. The work invoice was emailed to ADL on the 18th of June (end of the pay week). He received a voice message from Mr. John Rushlow stating that the contract has ended. His contact ended on June 21, 2010. He has spoken to Patrick Harris on the 9th of July inquiring about the pay and when will it be mailed (pay date was June 25. Not to mention ADL has not lived up to their pay date schedule since he has worked for them) Mr. Harris stated that the check has been mailed and if his does not receive it then give him a call, He called and received no answer. 10 days has pasted and still no check. Once again he calls Mr. Harris with me on the phone. Mr. Harris told him that the check was FedEx. So he asks him for the tracking number, Mr. Harris fiddled through some papers and said "Oh, its here. I was returned. But, anyway.. We can't send you anything until we get paid and the contact states it" The contact was read over and it does not state that the employee have to wait until they get paid. It states that the employee will get paid with in 30 days of the invoice date. It has been a month and he has not been paid for the services provided to ADL Staffing. ADL owes him a month's pay.

Found a link that this company has been doing this for some time. They should not get away from this. Its not fair to the people who do the work.

Being the most recent, vocal victim of ADL and Patrick Harris, I suggest this as a course of action. File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am providing a Linke to the FTC Complaint Wizard.

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ Secondly, if you received a tax/1099 statement from ADL

Compare what they are reporting as your total income, and what your invoices total up to, make copies and file a complaint with the IRS. I may not get my money from them, but I will sure as hell take more than what they owe me in legal fees, fines and business.

I am sorry to see that you have also been made a victim to this companie's practices. I suggest we start an ANTI ADL campaign naming the principals involved. I have already written an article to the Local Palm Beach news paper and Filed complaints with Better Business Beaureau and Florida's Department of labor and Florida's District Attorney. This should be elevated into a criminal investigation naming Patrick Harris, Alex  Averhoff and the rest of the ADL Crew

ADL staffing is a complete sham.  They are thieves with a voicemail account.  they never  I have called numerous times only to have to leave a voice message.  ADL staffing was the worst experience, inconsistent pay schedule, along with never paying out the last invoice.

TO anyone dealing with ADL staffing good luck!
