I was contacted by Mario Renzulli of ADL on February 9th 2010 with a job offer to work at Brady Industries in Las Vegas, NV as a Web Designer. Mario setup and interview on 2/19/2010 with Sun Chan Moom (CIO) at Brady. A week after the interview Mario called to inform me that i got the job. He emailed a contract and other necessariy paperwork for me to fill. Everything looked legid at this time. Once I started to work, Mario told me that it might take up to three weeks for payment because of their billing system. I started working at Brady on March 1st 2010. Everything seemed ok. Everyone at Brady treated me like a normal employee and I fulfilled all of my duties. Every week I would fill my timesheet, have Sun Chan sign and fax to ADL. Three weeks later when I didn't recieve my direct deposit from ADL I called Mario. Mario said that it might take another week before the deposit comes in. Again, more excuses about their billing. Needless to say, I worked at Brady for a month and a week before I quit. For the next month I tried to have ADL pay me for my time at Brady and they never did. Over $4000 they own me for my services. Here is one of their excuses..."I just saw you called I was on the phone. I spoke to Patrick and he said acheck is going out this week. He wasn't specific but he did assure me itwould go out this week. I hope this helps." Check never sent. Here's another..."Please forward me your bank routing and account number so he can make sureyou are paid." Again, nothing happened. After numerous calls and emails I got this..."Barney, Sorry, I was told it would be done by Friday. Outside of that I really haveno control over that area but I will ask again to see what's going on. Thanks,Mario Renzulli". This went on for over a month. I hired a lawyer to write me a letter asking for payment. I sent the letter but never heard back. I eventually gave up.

I am sorry to see that you have also been
made a victim to this companie's practices. I suggest we start an ANTI
ADL campaign naming the principals involved. I have already written an
article to the Local Palm Beach news paper and Filed complaints with
Better Business Beaureau and Florida's Department of labor and
Florida's District Attorney. This should be elevated into a criminal
investigation naming Patrick Harris, Alex  Averhoff and the rest of the
ADL Crew
