I have contracted with ADL Technology Services, Inc. in Florida to do computer work for The Net-MD, Pasadena, CA.  I did the work and submitted 10 invoices for payment.  The first invoice was dated May 7, 2010

The contract paid Net 30 from the date invoice submitted.  I e-mailed and fax all of my invoices to the fax number specified in the contract in addition to emailing a copy to Christian J. Garcia (ADL Recruiter) Christian@adlstaffinginc.com
I am still waiting for payment of all my invoices. They have not answered my phone calls or most of my e-mails.

Heres another address used by their billing department:

Being the most recent, vocal victim of ADL and Patrick Harris, I suggest this as a course of action. File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am providing a Linke to the FTC Complaint Wizard.

Secondly, if you received a tax/1099 statement from ADL Compare what they are reporting as your total income, and what your invoices total up to, make copies and file a complaint with the IRS.

I may not get my money from them, but I will sure as hell take more than what they owe me in legal fees, fines and business.
