Admarketplace claims they drove real user traffic who searched for certain keywords relevent to my industry to my website www.pennygrab.com when they indeed sent robots or just pop-traffic to the website, charge me upwards of .90 cents a click for the traffic.

Even worse they claim they send me 40,000 clicks in the year of 2011 when they really sent 1200 clicks according to Google Analytics data.

I have filed a lawsuit against this fraud and will fight this company until I get a full refund.

Here are the facts:

* Like Google and other premium search advertising networks, adMarketplace takes traffic quality extremely seriously and has built dozens of filters to prevent suspicious traffic from reaching advertisers.

* From July 2011 to January 2012, this advertiser ran an advertising campaign with adMarketplace. On five separate occasions over this period, Advertiser signed Insertion Orders - contracting for additional traffic.

* In April 2012, adMarketplace and advertiser participated in an arbitration process conducted by Visa, the card issuer through which advertiser made payment. After reviewing the evidence, Visa ruled in favor of adMarketplace.
