I would just like to give the people a brief overview of Admiral a/c and heating,KJC ventures, and rosehill enterprises (thier various aliases). The owners of admiral are John Conley and Kelly Conley and thier sons Chris,Brandon and Shaun work for them. Shaun heads up the infamous cold calling telemarketing office off of 1960. Chris is one of their so called technicians(salesman) and Brandon is an installer. If youve had the unfortunate experiance of having John conley come to your house for a service call you would probably like to know he is always armed with a concealed handgun along with his assistant technician(bodyguard)Bryan or aka BC he has tools made to short out control boards and compressors among other things he carries an oil can to put oil on coils to simulate a leak in your system because he is to ignorant and lazy to do a proper leak down test so he creates his own.If you have had them look at your heating and a/c equipment you would notice there are usually two guys that come out,one is a technician and the other is an equipment salesman who uses scare tactics and aggresive sales techniques to sell you equipment and service you probably dont need. These guys are mostly ex-cons and are not registered with the state to do hvac which is required by law, they should have a license card on them to show customers prior to coming into your house.Bottom line is these guys are on the edge of Texas licensing and regulation shutting them down thanks to the public making complaints and these public forums where you can share your experiance with everyone.Admiral gives everyone in the hvac industry a bad name. There are actually reputable hvac companies out there and you should always get a second opinion on repairs
