Complaint Review: Admiral craft

Admiral craft Admiral craft- Ray Horton we purchaseed a bramd new fryer from them two weeks ago -nothing that we know the fryer is defective I have attempted to take the dam thing to their service repair but one problem lead to another prob New York, New York

over two weeks ago we purchased a brand new deep fryer @ Restaurant depot which sales Admiralcraft fryers,well once home we packed our trailer for the next day event.Arriving @ our event we attempted to start the fryer,and it would't start. So we did all we had to check to make sure maybe was the gas pipe,but no while turning the know to Pilot it broke in my hands in two pieces.Off course made in china what can you expect for it!! Called the manufturing talked  to someone name RAY Horton I asked to replace the fryer wuth a new one because most likely this one purchased was defective .No he said we can change the know just bring to one of our Service repair, we drove 21 miles to the service repair 4 times in one week to discovery yesterday that the valve is also defective and need to be changed.I

asked Ray Horton just refund me the money we pay for the fryer but he refused to do so he said now we can fix it,I said I dont want to fix it I bought a new fryer not a used one.

Now as been over 14 days ,is costing my business $450 dollars per weekend losses we can't buy a new fryer because Admiralcraft won't refund us the money & on top of that Jecto/Restaurant depot don't ewant to be called responsible for it even they are the reseller of this dam pice of crap fryer!!
