Complaint Review: Admiral Roofing

Uh, Charles is it? Yeah...just wanted to say that you really should always get your lies straight before making such outrageous claims in such a public forum. YOU were the one that stated that Admiral Roofing got 11 calls--not Shannon. Then you go on to say that SHANNON is lying about getting 11 calls, it was actually 50 in 60 days? You're a liar. Get a life and grow up. Who runs a business by getting upset that you couldn't do the job and then going out and slandering the customer on the internet? What, are you 12? Jeez, that's pretty sad...and scary that you actually own your own business. 

The fact of the matter is that One Box Listings did their job exceedingly and it wasn't appreciated (probably not even understood!??) We still, to this day have not been fully paid for our successful work. That is why we feel it necessary to alert anyone that would even consider dealing this company, who ripped us off!? However, there is another (paying) company, that actually appreciates and understands our successful work. They are now the new benefactor, and have gained thousands of dollars worth of business, in less than 60 days of service!!!! They only pay $149.00 per month!!!!!! Please contact us direct @ 888-284-8597, if you're actually trying to advance your business? Thank goodness for common sense! It seems to be rare these days.

Fact- I paid Onebox Listing $ 299.00 for a down payment on April 19th, 2011

Fact- Payment was debitted from my account in the amount of $ 199.00 on May 24th, 2011

That's a total of $ 697.00 not the $ 199.00 Charles is claiming.



Fact- The final payment after I asked to cancel my account twice is still pending, reason for this-> when you look at another company they signed up ( during my 30 day cancelation period ) and you review their place page it has not only their company listed on it, but mine as well. I did ask for that to be fixed, but to date it remains the same! They actually stated that it is not their fault ( of course ) that it is that way and there is nothing they could do. I did not create the place page, nor did I owner verify it- Nope, and how in the world did the other company get attached to my place page for whom Onebox signed up right after me.. Hmm...



Fact- I did send them an email asking them if I could come to their office on July 18th, 2011- I was told that their office is not open to people walking in nor does it allow non members to just walk in. At that time I was within my 30day cancelation period so I was still their customer. 



I recevied calls through their number provided, most of them were someone trying to sell me something not estimates.. If I got 50 calls ALL for estimates, why would I have canceled.. I would not have! I would have remained with their company. 50 calls for estimates would have been grand, but sadly that is false information.



Fact- Charles said that I should be careful about filing a complaint with the BBB for he has top engineers that work for him, now I sit with that same false complaint and he has posted it on 2 other sites like this one, in doing so when you Google my business name it pulls these complaints up. This is not a game, this is my business, my livelyhood. I am not playing games with their company, I really wish they wouldn't with mine.



Fact- His accounting of money was off and so were the dealings with myself and his company. 



I truly hope it stops here! But I am sure I will see this again!

If whomever actually wrote this "FALSE STATEMENT" was an actual employee of One Box Listings, WHY would you not reveal your REAL NAME????????????

We have records of all of our EMPLOYEES, and ANONYMOUS is not one of them????????

Again, there is not, or will ever be any factual, legitimate complaint that has ever existed about One Box Listings (PERIOD.) Especially from a PHANTOM EMPLOYEE that can not even provide an actual name????????????

If you were an actual (LEGITIMATE) employee of One Box Listings (that was worthy of providing our company with actual acceptable work) you would still be within the confines of reality and our company!

That is why we know that this is a FALSE STATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This rebuttal is comical at best. I don't usually discount any company or anyone, but what I'm about to proclaim are the FACTS as I see it, as you will discover while you read on. Admiral Roofing actually received more than 50 calls averaging over 2:42 minutes per call in less than 60 days from our marketing strategy (not the 11 calls that Shannon proclaimed.) If anyone wants to see the proof, please call us direct at 888-284-8597. Think about that for a second folks, Admiral Roofing (a roofing company that probably makes thousands, if not 10's of thousands of dollars per job) paid us only $199.00 for their 1st and only month that they actually paid us for (as they neglected to pay the rest of their contractual fees.) only one city to market, received more than 1.3 calls per business day!!!!!

Not only did our marketing campaign provide them will a plethora of business phone calls, and not only were they properly positioned on the very 1st page of the Major Search Engines for more than 10 keyword phrases, (for proof, please call us direct @ 888-284-8597, as we can provide snapshots of proof) but we successfully got Admiral Roofing on the 1st page of the Major Search Engines in every single city that makes up the whole of San Diego city!

That means (Literally) that Admiral Roofing paid only $199.00 for their 1st month of service and had a successful listing on the very 1st page of the Major Search Engines in the following cities:

This equals 210 keywords covering over 21 cities, this actually yielded them more 50 phone calls in less than 60 days, and Shannon is complaining??????????!!!!!!!!!! To further solidify the fact that we STRONGLY believe Shannon is an UNSTABLE individual, she e-mailed me the following: (WE ALSO CAN PROVIDE PROOF!)

What is MOST disturbing about this particular e-mail, is that Shannon was NEVER invited to come to our office, and she actually cancelled the service prior to writing this! (which proves irrefutably, that she is not an actual paying client of One Box Listings.) Not to mention that she actually still owes us money! (SCAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRYYYYYYYY!)

This was e-mailed to me, only after the fact that she denounced our AMAZINGLY SUCCESSFUL SERVICE that brought her company a plethora of business for only $199.00 for her 1st and only month of service (which she has still, to this day has not paid us everything that she owes us!)  For anyone who actually has the time to read this post, please note that these are the FACTS, and only the FACTS! I used to work for one box listings.  They've only been in business since 2009.  Decades are not only 2 years.   All of my dealings with Shannon were always pleasant. And if the glorious master of One Box Listings shared the keywords they chose for this company you will see that they are a JOKE. no traffic whatsoever.  I would disregard this excessively unprofessional report.

I am completely stunned by this report- Charles is angry ( And he did threaten me with this type of back lash) because I turned to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. This company states I had 11 calls in the first month, that is totally and completely untrue. I had 1 call in 45 days that had anything to do with my business. When Charles had to step in is when I asked to cancel my account in late May/ He talked to me and did give me hope that this campaign would work. I did tell him that I would give it one or more weeks. I do understand the inner workings of how on-line marketing works, I do not understand how their on-line marketing works. I was promised 10 keywords, I only got 5 which only 4 were working, then there is the secondary keywords which are not searchable but support the first set of keywords.. ( SORRY I DON'T GET IT... ) Then I had to call them about the video they had promised me during their sales pitch to get my business, finally that went up- Now here is something tricky, when you search the keywords we put on the search engines, there you would find a website made by them with their telephone number so they could track calls, on that page is a " contact us " tab which is suppose to come directly to me. I tested it, it did not make it to my email, what happens it goes to their email address and is suppose to bounce over to mine. I let the company know and they said they would work on it.. A week goes by, I contact them saying this is not fixed and that day it was resolved... A week goes by and I get a call from someone saying that she sent me a request thru that site.. I did not get it AGAIN! So I called, YES I would have to call them to correct problems... They stated that they would once again work on it.. To date it still does not come to my email.... I tried 2 times to cancel with this company, the first time he wouldn't let me, he talked me into staying.. The second time is when he got really ugly, Charles even said "As far as threatening us with contacting the BBB, that would not be a very wise decision on your part. We are a successful internet marketing firm with a lot of smart highly trained engineers" I guess he was right cause here sits a report of how rude and mean I was... All I wanted was what I was promised, I wanted the keywords to work and get proper traffic to them, and sadly that just didn't happen. I know that I got frustrated with this company, but I didn't get the results he is claiming. In closing, all I wanted was to cancel my account- If you have questions, call the number listed. I have never had a complaint against our company, can onebox say the same. I do not plan on moving forward with anything that has to do with Onebox because I do not want false reports like this posted. IF YOU WANT THE INFORMATION ON MY COMPANY please call.. I do not scream nor scare people.
