I have used this company for several years so this is my own fault, to an extent. The check my furnace & A/C every winter and spring. Every time they check they find something "wrong" thant ends up costing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. In December they told me the "drip pan" was full of water and the drain line was clogged. They wanted $400.00 to "blow out the line" or $1,200.00 to replace it. I refused.

They came in April and no mention of the drip pan this time but the coils are "full of mold and need an immediate chemical clean". Also the unit is blowing cold air into the attic... so I need to replace the "Transition". Also the A/C unit, which they installed, was installed incorrectly and I need to replace the "HVC" or my A/C unit is going to burn up.

They were in my attic for no more than 2 minutes. I suspect if there is damage up there, they did it. I heard them laughing up there. They did NOT offer to show me any of these things.

Any customers of this company, beware!
