On July 27 I drop my car off at Admiral Nissan because I was having problems with my shifter in my Nissan Maxima. After not hearing from them the first day I call next back the next day the person(Ron) that i needed to talk to I was told was busy with a customer and that he would call me back. Never hear from Ron, so I call back the next day and spoke to Loretta. Loretta call me back latter that day and tell me that my car needs a new 730 shifter and that its not cover under my extended warranty that is good for 7years and 100,00 miles.     She tells me that she order the part without even getting the go ahead from me. Two days latter I pick up my car and the very next day I'm having the same problem. Take it back to Admiral Nissan and they tell me that my Automatic starter is knocking out the new shifter and that it's nothing else that they can do for me. They gave me a little screwdriver to help me shift my car.    So I take my car back to the other Nissan dealership where I had the automatic starter install. They found out that it had nothing to do with the starter but was some loose wires in the driver side door.  They tighten the wires and my shifter now work without Admiral's little screwdriver. This made me even more upset. Did i even need the new shifter that they said was not cover under my warranty.      So I call the Nissan dealership that i purchase the car from and they said the shifter is no doubt cover and told me to call the main Nissan consumer affair and report Admiral Nissan.
