Adobe Stock Adobe.com Adobe Creative Suite Failed to Cancel my Free Trial of Adobe Stock and Now Billing me for Entire Year San Jose California
The end of November (around the 27th), I signed up for Adobe Creative Suite for which I am billed monthly. I am very happy with this service.
However, I was also offered a "free trial" of Adobe Stock (one month) for which I agreed to try. Prior to the end of that month, before December 27th, I cancelled that trial. Two months later, I realize I am being billed for Adobe $29.99 per month and will continue to be charged for an entire year. I have not used the service since cancelling.
I did a customer service "chat" last night, January 28, and the customer service agent told me he would give me 3 free months trial to continue to try out their service. I'm thinking, ok, I've been charged $60, but which they aren't returning, but I will get 50 pictures, so maybe this ok. As this is a free trial, I can cancel before the end of May and not be charged further. But this morning I checked my account and this is NOT what was described to me. I CANNOT cancel. I will be charged to the end of the year (next November).
Again, I originally cancelled my account. I want it cancelled. I want my $59.98 refunded. I don't want any free months or any free images. I want it terminated! I am so angry. This was never a free trial and I NEVER would have agreed to a $360 contract. I want this cancelled immediately, the money refunded, or I will also cancel my Adobe Creative Suite, which I actually really like. This is deceptive and unacceptable behavior on the part of a company that has such a good reputation. The order number is ADD056389055EDU. You may email me, but do not call.
