I have been trying to contact Melinda Elin Burg for about 10 months now. She will not respond to emails, phone calls, text messages, FB messages etc. I have tried to ccontact her in all forms and yet nothing. I have sent her a certified letter but it came back as no forwarding address. She has signed a contract with me for renting my studio and has defulted on rent for 10 months now and have refused all forms of contacts. I have learned that he has taken her clients money and has not delivered the goods and have left them heart broken. She has now deleted her facebook page, her email, her website, and her phone number. I found out hat she has been or was renting with another studio near by have not been able to track her down. Through my research, I have found out that she has a criminal record and is not to be trusted. She owes me over $4000. I don't know how or if I will get my money from her but if you do encounter her, please report her. She is a scam artist. To her former clients, I am sorry you had to go through what you did and did not get your precious photos as promised.
