Complaint Review: ADP

ADP was more expensive than we expected and continued to charge our account after we stopped using them.

ADP continued to charge our account after we discontinued their services. Also, if anyone is considering using them for 401K services -- I wouldn't. They are very expensive and when we needed to downsize, they charged expensive fees for us to discontinue the program. I know some of the fees were warranted, but it was a very bad experience and then when they couldn't get the fes from our company, they stole it from the accocunt of one employee that was enrolled in the program.

Just wasn't a good experience all the way around. THey could have worked with us but refused to. We've been with Paychex this year and are much happier with their service. You have choices, so why risk it?
