This is an add placed on Gumtree. There are many versions in all states of Australia over about a 3 month period.

I believe this company Eco Boss Pty Ltd run by Adrian Campbell and Sam Newnham are soliciting deposits/payments for exclusive distributorship rights to areas based on their contract (exclusive Australian rights) which does not exist and never was signed. There is a copy of a signed contract circulating but that from all reports and sightings and conversations/emails with the parent company in UK will be proven to be a forged document when it goes to court.

I have paid deposits and don't have a contract, requested money to be refunded due to not wanting to go ahead but have only had stalling tactics with no firm agreement to have money paid back.

There are some of us preparing to take legal action BUT THERE MUST BE MORE out there in this "rope-a-dope" situation which will be played out and proven in court.
