Complaint Review: Adrian Johnson

Adrian JOhnson, owner and landlord of 10538 Bermuda Isle DR Tampa, FL  33647 is a slum lord.  We have lived there over a year, this man rented the house in deplorable condition, it has had a severe roof leak for the last year, the pool leaks, giving you $500 water bills monthly, the house is infeasted with roaches, the electric was done by him and when inspected was told they were suprised the house is still standing.  This guy will ot fix anything, we have 4 children and have lived in deplorable conditions for the last year.  when you ask him to fix something, he will tell you he does not have enough money and nothing he can do.  Tjis house has numerous HOA violations he refuses to fix and the HOA will eventually evict you.  The back pool bar we were promised would be fixed a week after ,ove in is still lying all over in pieces.  In box me if you are considering this place to rent, I will be glad to show you the issues here, I will not allow him to do this to someone else.  Everything I say I have documentation to back up, and this is just the begining, DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!
