Adrian is rude, greedy, and doesn't represent her clients well at all. She was more concerned about cutting deals with Citizens than helping her clients. I should of been her priority not making Citizens happy. I will report her to the Florida Bar because she doesn't provide a a legal service that is above par. Her alliance is only for Citizens when she should be representing me (the policy holder). The greedy part had to do with checks that came into her firm. She was more concerned about holding my money than paying me. The rude part was easy... everytime I spoke to her (or her secretary) they were disinterested and rude. They tell you one thing and then never remember the conversation making you feel like your crazy. She lies and thinks she more important than she really is.

My wife and I were victims of a fire, Citizens, and a bad contractor. We found Adrian thru a friend's referral. Before we even called her, I did my research and found she actually worked with a firm I had used in the past. By the time we got to Adrian, we were 1 year into this, floating around like gypsies with no light at the end of the tunnel. Adrian was not what we expected, we expected an uptight attorney who was there to make sure we went to court and knew we would not see anything until 3 or 4 years. What we found was a shoot from the hip type of human being who was tough when she needed to be and quiet when needed as silence is golden. We chose to settle with Citizens. When I say we, I mean my wife and I. We were told we had no case, Citizen's basically laughed at us during mediation. I guess not realizing the wolf in sheep's clothing we had arrived with. The settlement offer came a few days after it was due, Citizens had changed its tune and before the offer was made to us, we were again reminded this was just an offer and she was prepared to go to court. We sat on it for a few days weighing pros and cons, Adrian remained firm and reminded us the decision was ours. While we wanted Citizens to "pay" the truth of the matter is Citizens' is protected by the state of FL, so there was no compensation for pain and suffering, mental anguish, etc but we got what my wife and I believe to be a very fair settlement. I have been Adrian's client since 2011, still am as not everything is complete and we are using her services for another case, I truly wonder who you are Thomas as we were treated like royalty from the get go with late night phone calls to our attorney, always answered, to weekend and holiday calls still answered. I cannot believe you ever even spoke to Adrian or called her office for that matter as everyone that does is treated like a VIP. Good Luck with your Hialeah Lawyer, maybe they can get you ten thousand dollars, LOL

100% False Report: Never Was Client - Never Happened
#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

I have never had a client by the name of "Thomas" from Miami, FL. I have only ever represented one person with the name "Thomas" and the insurance company involved was not "Citizens."
I have never been reported to the Bar. I have never made a "deal" with Citizens. I do not "hold" money. Obviously, the person writing this post has never been my client. The way the person has written this false report, it is obvious that the person "kind-of" knows what I do, but has never been actually represented by me, or by this firm. The post makes no logical sense, and ultimately seems to indicate that I was able to obtain someone money in a lawsuit.
This post is defamatory and I believe someone put it here trying to hurt my reputation for reasons not related to satisfaction with professional services. For over two years I continue to get faxes from a service offering to get this post taken down for a fee. There are many whom compete with me for business. I have considered not making this reply, but someone continues to repost the false report. I don't know of anyone specific who is trying to hurt my reputation, but the report is blatantly false and harmful.
It is very important to me (as it should be for every attorney) that I have a good working relationship with my clients. Communication with clients is always a priority in this office. I am easily accessible by phone, email, and often provide a cell-phone number to my clients.
For the past 15 years, our law firm has concentrated on representing insureds against their insurance companies. We represent homeowners, businesses and condominium associations anyone who has suffered a property loss and who is struggling to get fair compensation from his or her insurance company. My practice revolves around the filing of a lawsuit, and preparation of a client for a trial. Often, in this process, an insurance company will offer a settlement in exchange for a dismissal of the lawsuit. It is 100% a client's choice to accept that settlement or not. Nothing in a lawsuit is ever guaranteed.
Anytime there would ever be dissatisfaction with me or my staff, I would want to know and address the problem immediately. In over 10 years of practice at Mintz Truppman, P.A., I have never had to address any complaints.
Hopefully, anyone reading this report understands that a false report could be filed for many reasons. This event did not happen. This person was never my client. This person does not exist.
Sincerely,
Adrian Neiman Arkin
