After reading the reports that customers and previous employees have for Adriana's Insurance is amazing that at this point the Department Of Insurance hasn't close down this agency. As a previous report states there is no licensed agents on their offices , they all have 2 names either Leon, Adriana or any other licensed agent name to cover any problem. They don't sign the applications they have an underwriting department with signature stamps , and that is the way they use to sign the applications.
This company is rule by the family and all of them have power issues, if they want to fire an employee they don't do it directly they force the employee to go to another office really far away from where they currently work and if they don't accept they have to quit, also is very common that they ask you to resign if you want a letter of recomendation if not they will not give good references about you , and if you have an oportunitty to grow somewhere else they will make sure to block your dreams.
As a previous Employee (2000-2003) i was amazed how this woman can control the "whole industry" by threating even the insurance companies to stop their sales if they don't do what she wants, after watching a hispanic show in UNIVISION Despierta America. i was even more depressed that she actually projects to be a human person that cares about her employees and about the Latinos, currently her employees are still getting paid $8.00 an hour, with no health insurance and with the fear that she can be in a bad mood one day and scream (like she usually do) that if they don't do what she says the door is open....because she is not Adriana she is Seora Adriana and whatever it is good or bad goes because she is the boss!!!
I just ask the Department Of Insurance to investigate her and all the frauds she is being doing all this year to bulid what she currently have, and to all the current employees that they need to remember that even if they are not legal in this country they have RIGHTS!
