To whom it may concern,

I am very angry to the point where I Will be taking this matter further. I will go to the BBB and make a big deal out of this. I will make sure everyone knows about what you did to me, to save them the headaches of dealing with your company.I will demand an investigation on your company.

I don't appreciate someone calling me a liar when I'm not.I trusted Matt's words because of his presentation. If I have to go to small claims court I will just for principles and my money back.

I strive on honesty.We all work hard for our money.I'm in sales and a business manager. I Would Not rip someone off for a commission check or tell them what they want to hear to get a sale.It's wrong and what goes around comes around > MATT.

I joined your company based on the information that was given to me by your sales representative Matt. I told him that I was looking for a small business online that I was a single mother and was not sure if this was something for me. He called me everyday pushing the sale.Matt has a little laugh that he does. He laughed and told me "if you're not happy you'll get your money back, take a chance."He said the company will help me set up the website, help me market it, they would guide me through the whole process until I get it set up.Now he's telling me that the site is already built - I can't get my money back but I could stop the monthly fees temporarily until I get the business setup and advertised.

I never received help from your company. I have a little computer knowledge that I applied. Thank God for that because no one called me to help set up the site. I stayed awake for days and nights trying to set it up because I had already spent all this money. May not seem a lot for you but is for me.

One guy called me about a week or two and all he did was help me put a picture on the front page of the site and told me customer service will help for everything else. I never felt so frustrated. I called back several times and he did not call me back.Matt told me that I could call him anytime for help. The response later was call customer service they would help. The first time I wrote to Customer Service, they took almost two weeks to get back to me and they expect me to pay a monthly fee.

Mat told me that the money I paid will cover all my marketing, a couple of days someone called me trying to sell me a marketing package for - I believe something like $3000.00. Making me feel stupid - " or you have to spend money to make money " he quoted.

Your company expect people to pay a monthly fee and can't give help the first initial month to keep your business. You are ripping people off to make your monthly fee and the initial 400.00. Why would I pay a monthly fee and have to wait so long for help with an issue. Time is money. Why pay 400.00 for a service I have received.

Imagine, the very first month of business. I could not get you guys to help me set the business up. No help with marketing as you told me I would receive. I left several messages with CS and they take so long to respond. Does it make business sense , maybe on your path.

You know what you're doing, - is called praying on desperate people who want to make an extra buck to put food on the table. A business will never be successful like that.

Give service that you promise!

I was very serious when I spoke with Matt about getting back my money.I work very hard for my money and would not risk losing it. He reassured me that i need not worry that my money will be refundable if I was not happy. He told me this several times laughing.
That seem to be his sales pitch to make people trust him.

Now He's calling me a liar after handing him my credit card.No one has ever called me a liar. I want an investigation from your company. I want my money back.
I want your CEO's information.

Looking for extra income does not mean that's I'm dumb - yes I'm dumb for not researching you guys first. The whole process was so stressful.
